Fantastic Camera, Best Digital I've ever owned

I found the Kodak EasyShare One camera on clearance at Circuit City. Bought them for just under $140 each. Was originally $599.

UPDATE: I've used this camera several times, taking as many as 70 pictures at once, all with flash. The battery handles it OK. If I need another battery, I've got the EXTRA Lithium battery that came with the package.

UPDATE: After installing the software, this KODAK camera is SO EASY TO DOWNLOAD.
As soon as I connect the camera to my PC, using the supplied USB cable, and then upon turning the camera ON, my PC automatically recognizes the camera and prepares to download.
All I do is click the START DOWNLOAD and within a matter of seconds the pictures I took are downloaded right into MY PICTURES.
At the same time, the camera automatically erases all its memory and is ready to start over again with a clear full memory card.
How much easier can you get?

Don't listen to those negative reviews of this camera. THIS CAMERA DOES IT ALL! I will probably never need another camera again.

Features a HUGE 3-INCH SCREEN. Screen is so big you can see it from several feet away. Screen picture quality is amazing. Like a miniature TV. Screen is clear and distinct.

SCREEN IS ROTATABLE. That is a great feature for so many reasons.

You can flip the screen out and watch it while snapping pictures.

You can flip the screen out and tilt it up or down when using the camera like a camcorder.

You can adjust the screen for best viewing and review your pictures or the digital movie you just made.

You can flip the screen so that when it is folded back into the camera, the sensitive screen is on the inside, protected from damage. This is so very important. These sensitive LCD camera screens can be damaged very easy, even by a simple inadvertent pressing against the screen when placed in your pocket or purse.

TOUCH SCREEN CONTROLS! Another great feature. No trouble seeing what you are doing, or what you are trying to do with your camera. Both the screen itself and the different modes on it are so bright and easy to see. What a pleasure to use.

WI-FI CAPABLE! That means NO MORE WIRES. This camera will search for a wireless internet connection and transmit via same. So easy to post pictures on the web. Great for downloading pictures or home movies. Make home movie DVDs in a snap.

DON'T BE FOOLED BY THE 4 MEGA-PIXEL RATING. This camera is TOP NOTCH. HIGHLY SOPHISTICATED ELECTRONICS AND EXCELLENT QUALITY GERMAN MADE GLASS LENSES result in beautiful pictures which will equal those of much higher rated mega-pixel cameras. Higher mega-pixels mean nothing if quality, lens diameter, light capturing ratio and so on are not there.

I see nothing wrong with the weight of this camera. It is of course slightly heavier than the very tiny digital cameras that are out there. However, those tiny cameras with there very small light capturing lenses and much less sophisticated electronics will most likely NOT be able to take pictures of the same caliber as this Kodak camera.

Kodak is a huge name in cameras. How can you go wrong?

I love this camera. Bought one for me and one for my son. This camera was right up his alley. All the features and wireless possibilities are on par with all the other electronics in his life. He loves it as well.
