Author's Review
Drawn to Life is a new DS game that uses the touch screen tool to its full potential in a new, creative way! If you were wondering how this catchy title incorporates with the game, then this review is yours to read!
DS games, as with any video games, are mainly classified into two categories: There are those games in which you live out a life, and those that you have to beat levels and such. This is a bit of both.
You are a hero that is helping rebuild a village of these animal like creatures. Also, while rebuilding, you are saving them from the surrounding darkness that plans to take over their once beautiful lands. Going through different levels, you rescue different villagers, unlock different icons, and much more!
But there is a catch. Where does the title Drawn to Life come into play? Well, the thing is, you draw. You get to create a character by drawing them and adding color with your stylus. You also draw the things you character interacts with. You draw the platforms they jump on, the enemies they defeat, the submarines they use, even the fantasy snow shooter they use! The choice is literally yours!
I recommend this game highly to everyone. It is not too girlish, not too boyish. Also, there are many fun packed levels!
The Pros: You get to draw everything you want and watch it come to life!
The Cons: Everything has its cons! The only problem is that if you want your characters and your other drawn creations to look nice, it takes time.
Thanks for reading my review on drawn to life. I hope it has helped with what you wanted to know. To buy or not to buy! That is the question! *smile*
