If you can't stand the heat, get out of Hell

I had never been big on PC games until my friend brought it over to my house and we began playing this game: Diablo. I took control, and went through the beautifully colored town, and found each person had their own unique voice, and that this was going to be a challenge. I equiped myself with the best stuff I could get, (which, as I learned later, wasn't so hot) and ventured down into the first level... a demon-infested church. Each demon sounds unique, and the game got even more in-depth with an awesome story, from one event to the next. It looked great! Blood splatters when you make cole slaw out of a demon with you sword, staff, axe, or whatever turns you crank. There are 16 levels of sheer demon-death-and-destruction fun! The first four stages are a church, then into catacombs, then into a dark, wet cave, then into the firy depths of Hell itself!!! One minor note I must stress is that: THIS GAME IS NOT FOR KIDS!!!!!!!!! There is blood, cursing, and other fun things like that, that young people should not be seeing!
Sound FX/Audio: The voices were chosen very well, each character class (Warrior, Rouge, or Wizard) each have their own different voices! The people in town talk in audio with text on the screen, which is put in a VERY excellent text. The voices are very emotional, you'll feel like your actually face-to-face with Cane the elder, or Griswald the blacksmith! It's also a blast to hear a large monster get slaughtered! Also, there are short cinimatic scenes which are AWESOME!!!!!
Graphics: Blizzard shows in all their games that graphics are no problem to make look good. They beautifully animated each frame, dungeon, monster, and character with their own unique design, colors, and movements (which are VERY smooth). The blood effects made me sick to my stomach when I first played. And I haven't had this happen to me since I watched the movie "Sleepy Hollow"! (but that's a discussion for another opinion).
Gameplay: This game is semi-easy to adapt to. The basic movements are good and easy to adapt to, but it's rough to remember all the short cut keys, and all. Great here too!
Overall entertainment: I was hooked for days on this game!!! What else is there to say?!
This is an excellent game! But as I said before, DON'T LET SMALL CHILDREN SEE THIS!
