An oldie but goodie--if you can ignore how dated it is, it's a good workout

The Bottom Line: I would recommend it for beginner exercisers-it is not advanced enough for people wanting a lot of definition in their muscles.
Review: This is an older video I have used off and on since I was in high school 8 or 9 years ago.
I normally do a much harder workout with more focus on the upper body and with weights, but I keep this and have used it to slowly get back to exercising...
