Best Features, But Beware Problems

The Bottom Line: When it works, it is a powerhouse packed with features. However, without some tweaking of software, critical functions will not consistently work. Dell Customer support is outsourced and very poor.

Poor Customer Support

Review: My Dell Axim X51v PDA won't hold a charge for more than about 5 minutes. The only solution seems to be to do a reset. I replaced the battery to the tune of $40, and no change.
I called Dell Customer Service, and they transfered me to India, and...
