Great tool to have around!

I had never owned a food processor and thought starting with a smaller model would be the way to go. This model is really compact and I love the design. I just pop it back into the pantry when I'm not using it, and when I do need it, it fits right on the counter without having to move anything out of the way.

I love making scrambled eggs and omelets with lots of veggies. This gadget shaves lots of time off the prep work. Put fresh tomatoes in there and process until smooth. Pour them directly into the skillet right before the eggs - it gives the meal an awesome tomato flavor but without the gooey tomato chunks and annoying slivers of skin.

Recently I had some dental work done and needed to eat soft foods. I wanted to eat healthy and stay away from jello and ice-cream, so I pulled out my Mini Prep Plus! It worked well with deli meat, whole cooked beets, spinach, even broccoli. It made "eatable" food rather than paste.

I highly recommend. It's great for small servings as well as when you're just pressed for time.
