not so great

I also bought into the Cuisinart name, and the kettle lasted less than a year because the bottom rusted and dripped, was replace by Cuisinart, thank you... and again, broke within the year. There is a tiny little plastic filament in the button that opens the top. It just melted through. I like my small appliances to last till the exterior looks shabby and they are out of style. I consider it robbery when they break down through intentionally frail construction.
