Author's Review
Let me begin by saying that for the past 6 years, I have driven a car that I completely adore - a 1995 Honda Civic. Since my husband and I are about to begin a family, we decided to upgrade to an SUV. I definitely wanted to take my time and shop to find the "perfect vehicle". I spent months researching online and shopping at dealerships.
I test-drove a 2000 Blazer and 2000 Jimmy, but wasn't pleased with the body-style. I loved the way it handled though. I was about to give up hope that there was an SUV that was under $25,000 that I liked. Thankfully, I spotted a 2001 Blazer at a local dealership.
I fell in love with it! The headlights and interior are more my style. If you compare the two, you will understand. I feel that I got a really good deal. We purchased it brand new for under $23,000! Some of the features included are: CD player, Onstar, security system, navigational computer, power windows/doors, cruise.
I am a VERY picky person. As I said before, I have driven almost everything out there. For the price, you can't go wrong with the Blazer.
