Overall a Good Yoke

I have found the yoke to be of good quality overall. If I could, I would give it a 4 1/2 star rating. If you think this product is expensive, you have to remember besides getting a lower grade CH yoke you have to spend at least $400 for the next model up.

While the yoke shows good quality, that's just the opposite of CH Products' customer service. When dealing with the manufacturer to get the one broken button on the yoke fixed, they never responded to the first three emails I sent them. After having to call them, I found out I needed to ship it back and send an $8 check along with the yoke to ship it back. Now I don't mind paying for shipping to send it back, but having to pay for shipping both ways is pathetic, especially considering the yoke is under warranty. If anything stops working on it, I would try dealing with the store you bought it from first, something I was unable to do.
