Getting Better With Each Version!

The Bottom Line: If you are in the market for digital camera that is semi-professional and fairly easy to learn & use, and produces excellent photos, for a reasonable price, buy it.

The Best Just Got Better

The Bottom Line: Canon seem to get it right with each release. The G6 is no exception. An advanced compact camera that's capable of beating even 8MP ones with its exceptional image quality.

Near SLR quality in a cheaper and more compact package

The Bottom Line: It's a great camera. If you want to get serious, perhaps you're considering an SLR but don't want to carry all the associated gear around, this is a good option.
