Brother MFC-845CW All-In-One InkJet Printer

Unless you want to waste hours (and days) trying to fix Brother's software problems with this product, look elsewhere. Some of the problems like wireless installation software that just stops functioning before the install is complete, they simply won't address and imply there is something wrong with Windows XP or the InstallShield package.

Although it does about 75% of what they claim it can do, the wireless feature won't work in some XP environments, it simply won't print correctly with Microsoft Publisher and it ignores its own borderless print setting with Adobe products.

The built-in answering machine and phone are convenient, the OCR and scanning software seem to work well and the print/image quality is quite good. But we've wasted far more time than the price of the product in trying to fix its problems.
