Look no further!

I am obsessive about researching things before I buy them. I researched plenty before buying this Breville electric kettle. I have had it at least 6 months now, and it gets used several times a day, and night. We drink a lot of tea. This kettle heats up water faster than fast, and the water stays warm for a long time. It looks nice sitting on the counter, and the cordless feature makes it ergonomically comfortable. The light in the water level gauge is a pleasant shade of blue and the "ready" chime is just loud enough and pleasant to to the ear. Typically, I don't even wait for the chime, as the water is plenty hot for at least 30 seconds before. Reheating water once it has been boiled takes a very short time, as the water in the kettle stays quite warm for a while. Also, if there is no water in the kettle, it won't stay on, so you aren't going to start a fire or burn out the element. The kettle very is easy to keep clean. Ours looks the same as the day we bought it. Obviously, I am happy with the kettle, and that my research led me to buy it. So, research no more; just buy this kettle!
