TVee Two: great TV sound, compact and simple to setup!

This 100 Watt sound bar and bass unit can cut down your 7.1 speaker clutter and produce entertaining sound. I went from a 24"X12" stereo speaker system (Beovox S45) to this present unit. I'm running the sound Dolby Digital Stereo out the TV (a Sony FD Trinitron KV-24FV300). Set-up involves plugging in of two RCA (Red and White) cables from your source (TV audio out in my case)to the jacks(Red White input)on the back of the sound bar. Next, just plug in the sub woofer to a plug outlet for power and turn it on. Turn on the sound bar power. I don't find the subwoofer to have muddy or over-powering bass. It stays very distinct from the highs that are brought forward by the sound bar's speaker set. Compared this TVee unit to a 7.1 at Circuit City and I liked how the separation of tonalities came forward and did not "fight" for my attention. The simple appearance of the TVee Two closed the deal.
The speakers on the TV should be silenced automatically and volume control off your TV remote can be easily programed to be dedicated to the Boston Acoustic's sound bar and sub woofer.(turn down your TV's sound all the way; press and hold power button on the sound bar; power function light flashes orange; press and release the volume control buttons on the remote for your TV 4 to 5 times and your TV will play sound out the BA sound bar and sub woofer)
I really liked the fact that the sub woofer (wireless by the way to the sound bar)could be controlled with intensity controls on its' back.
Later on I decided to hook up the DVR to my system and use its' remote to control my DVD and TV and the TVee Two sound system and everything went really smooth.
The additional settings on the TVee Sound Bar are Trim Level (to cut down distortion); Bass volume control; sound bar volume control buttons; 5 wireless channels to chose from allowing the sub woofer and sound bar to communicate with each other seamlessly).
Finally, I'm pretty picky about getting robust sound and great diction from the TV's talking heads and this set-up really delivers! Plus, I don't have to run wires (we have picture windows and an open living area to compound the issue)all around my base boards. The sound bar can be easily moved, placed on the floor, hung below the TV or on a wall over the screen. To tell you the truth, I just laid mine on the floor behind the TV's shelf and we are all happy.
