Bose Lifestyle 38IVB Theater System

Love the sound but I've had problems even the Bose tech support, and tech guys as Best Buy can't figure out. Seems to be some compatibility problem with the V2 module. HDMI from the V2 module to the satellite box causes flicker on my Samsung 56" DLPTV, and the system screen and music library won't display. I've had to bypass the module, run component cables and switch between sources to get everything to work. I'd love to hear if anyone else has had similar problems. I've heard there is some corrective software and I'm waiting on more information.
