Superior sound

I recently purchased a third generation iPod and needed a speaker system for my home. My wife is the main user and I didn't want to get her a cheap speaker. So I did some research and came up with the Bose Sound Dock. The sound is so clear and it fills the entire house with music. At low volumes or high volumes you get a great sound. Neither of us is disappointed so far with it. It comes with an AC charger and a remote control. The remote control is cheaply constructed, but works flawlessly. You must be standing directly in front of the speaker for it to work, though. The AC charger has a nice design where the cord does not unravel when you lug it in so you don't have all of this extra cord lying around. The speaker lasts for hours on a full charge. Days and I haven't have to plug it in yet!! Good thing also is that when you have your iPod plugged into the speaker it charges your ipod as well. the sleek design is pleasing to the eye and there is also a plug for you to use it with other audio instruments. The commercials are true...the sounds that come out of the Bose Sound Dock are top notch and you will not be disappointed. I understand that you can spend a little less if sound quality is not of the utmost importance. I'm sure this is true, but you will not regret spending $399 on this speaker. I'm not a big music listener, but no regrets here.
