Bose Simply the Best

The Bose AM 5’s are something I have always wanted to have I am 17 and I knew when I got in College I would not be able to afford them and I also knew my old Kenwood’s that took up my entire closet were going to be way too big. Anyway Long story short I have an uncle who told be about Bose back when I was 12 when I first fell in love with the sound provided by the tiny speakers and he helped me get the money to buy them this summer and I love them I have them hooked to a Yamaha RX-V393 which provides the maximum the speakers can handle. I have a Kenwood 605 equalizer when I first got my system I hooked everything up and pope dint he matrix and I was amazed with the surround sound. It was awesome. I would get my friends every time they would come over and I would pop in the DVD and they would always say I can’t believe you traded you Kenwood’s for this until about 2 seconds after the movie starts. Those little speakers will knock you out. I love them. I read a lot of reviews before I got them and I read some pretty bad one people really not liking them and so I talked to my uncle and he took me to the Bose Factory outlet in Branson Mo and I listened to them and that’s when I decided all those people have to have Crappy Receivers or the wrong something, or they are just dumb I don’t know but I highly recommend them. I have about 823 in my system and I do school dances and weddings. You name it. But like I said I don’t think the speakers are worth it if you don’t have the receiver to push it. You can have the best speakers in the world but if you have some cheap system at the backbone it’s not worth a thing. I think the speakers are like a Basket ball in a way they are only as good as the person or thing pushing it, I can’t hold a thing to what Jordan can do with the same ball. Likewise a Yamaha or Kenwood is going to do a lot more with the system than a Acoustic Research or some cheaper brand. Simply put I think a lot of people are stupid so do what you want but don’t take my Bose. I wouldn’t trade them for anything. I love them.
