Don't buy Bosch!

I bought this horror 2 months ago. Once installed it would not turn on. I asked the shop I bought it from for a replacement, and they said they had to talk to Bosch. Bosch said they would send a repair service to fix it rather than replacing it. Great. A week later the service tech says the recirculating pump is bad, and they are back ordered. Two weeks later the pump arrives, but now Bosch tells me their service dept is booked for another three weeks. They could have replaced the unit a month ago, but instead I have to wait 2 months to find out whether the unit really works or not. I would avoid Bosch at all cost. If anything is wrong with your unit they won't stand behind it. It's just not worth the headache. Any reputable manufacturer would replace a faulty unit that is brand new.
