Lipstick, Mascara & A Financial Makeover Please

The Bottom Line: I know a few people who could use this. It's a plan you can follow, but you need to *seriously* follow it. No questions asked or backsliding.
Review: It seems in the past few years everyone and everything has been in for a makeover. They're all over Home & Garden TV, TLC and all the other minor cable channels. So it's only natural that our finances should be due for a makeover as well.

Ramsey's tips for financial success are simple, sane and straight-forward.

The Bottom Line: "Total Money makeover" will help the person with modest to moderate interests in finances to better her situation dramatically. A great starting place for a financial face-lift.
Review: I am really into financial self-help books these days. Once I get into a genre I will remain in it almost exclusively for a while and Dave Ramsey's 2003 book "Total Money Makeover" is the third book of this type I have reviewed for this site.
