A True Surivor
Date of Review: Jan 31, 2000
Robinson Crusoe is a great adventure book. I just completed the book with my students at school. They love it!!!!! I can never get them to read, but they wanted to read Robinson Crusoe every day. Some students ask to take the book home.
The book teaches several valuable lessons. Crusoe was shipwrecked on an island. He has to find ways to survive.
Crusoe does things he has never thought of doing before he was shipwrecked on the island.
Crusoe has two cats and one dog to keep him company on the island. He was there governor and ruler. He has no one to help make decision, he does everything.
Crusoe l finally makes friends with a cannibal. He changes the cannibals way of life.
How does Crusoe stay safe and alive on the island that is so far from his homeland, England?? Read the book and find out how..
