Not happy

I had to return the product 3 times because it did not work properly. To top it off, I bought one for my mil and myself!
It burns grilled cheese three times! It burns nuggets. Not my fault!! LOL. It doesnt cook a chicken as described. It was supposed to cook in 45 minutes and I had to do that twice!
It toasted poorly. The second one I got worked ONCE for toast then never turned on again. Overpriced. I had to cut the cord off of the machine then send it back at my expense.
The comercial made it so appealing and the food looked fantastic. I tried to get the same results and was thoroughly disappointed.
Garbage...disappointed.
IT sure looks good on the countertop though.
I am tired of sending it back. This third one works slightly better. I just have to stand over it as not to burn my pizza to a crisp! That happened with all of them. Wow, more thoughts as I type. Good luck if you really want it. I feel jipped.
