Very Phenomenal Power Packed Machine!!

The Bottom Line: My most honest opinion is that you should invest in the unit. I think that it's a real winner! I highly recommend it!
When I began looking for a frozen drink mixer a year ago, I wanted one that would stand up to the task at hand very well. So I decided to try the Smoothie Elite SE2000. And this great machine does it very well! I purchased
it from Sears.
I've already used it to make such frozen drinks as mudslides margaritas, pina colatas & more. Its powerful 500-watt motor makes short work of just about every drink mixing task imaginable! It almost looks like a junior version of the popular Vitamix machine!
Here's what it has:
1. Powerful 2-speed 500-watt motor.
2. Four buttons; Pulse, Stir, Smooth & Off. Pulse is
the large button on the extreme left side of the
unit while Stir, Smooth & Off buttons are on the
right side of the unit.
3. Large capacity 7-cup 56-oz wide-top plastic
container with dispenser valve at bottom front.
4. Stirring stick to help break up air pockets &
channels ice & liquid down onto spinning blades.
5. Specially designed ice crushing blades break up
ice and blasts contents into direct path of blades
for smoother frozen drinks.
6. Lightweight, but strong and powerful.
7. Quiet motor produces powerful performance with
less noise.
8. Optional drink mixes offered by the maker of the
machine can be bought seperately. I have not tried
these yet.
The only drawback that I've found with the unit is that
small chunks of ice still remain in drinks, but that's no big deal. I don't mind that since I sometimes chew ice anyway. It does make the best frozen drinks that I ever tasted! And it still crushes most of the ice cubes into oblivion with its geometrically designed blades. The machine makes a real racket with the ice at first, but quiets down as the ice gets finely chopped.
The handy dispensing spout blasts the mixed drink from the container into your glass as you eagerly await the chance to taste the finished product!
My most honest opinion is that you really can't go wrong with the unit. And it really works. If small chunks of ice remaining in the drinks are not a big deal to you, then this is the machine to get for your bar or kitchen counter top! And it's very easy to clean!
