Author's Review
I used this triple jogger when I had twin infants (they started in it at 3 1/2 months) and a 2 year old. Yes, that was my life. I had to get out of the house, and the best way was with this triple jogger. It honestly saved my sanity. There is storage behind each seat, and the seats are reclined enough and secure enough for infants. I did not jog very often with the three in there, but I did sometimes. It made for an extra tough workout! For two to three years, I used this stroller constantly. We walked to the park, to summer camp, to watch trains, to watch parades--everywhere. People will constantly comment because the thing is huge and interesting looking. I struck up conversations with people of all ages walking around with the triple jogger.
I bought this product because I needed a stroller that was easy to push that could hold three very young children. I had tried an in-line triple, and found it VERY hard to push, and impossible to turn. I would wind up with neck and back aches from pushing it. The triple jogger is the best way to take long walks with three little ones.
I love that the stroller was easy to push, even as the kids grew and weighed more. I loved that there was a canopy over them to keep the sun off, and the canopy has a clear window with a cover so you can peek and see if you've got some nappers or if someone dropped a sippy cup! The seating is also very comfortable for all ages, and the seat belts were safe and secure. The fabric comes off for cleaning and also wipes up easily with baby wipes or soap and water. Once a year I would take the thing apart and give it a good spring cleaning, but otherwise, I was able to just spot clean and wipe down.
The only thing I didn't like about the triple jogger is that it was too big to travel with and did not fold up. We did bring it on long trips to the lake by stripping off the fabric and strapping the frame to the top of our SUV. We had to be careful of low overpasses--we almost made that mistake! Our vacations would not have been the same without "big blue" as we called our triple jogger. We could take hikes and walk aroung town with the little ones comfy and safe. Baby Jogger Triple Jogging Stroller saved my family for three of the toughest, but best, years of our lives!
