My granddaughters little sports car
Pros:
Adjustable safety straps, smooth ride, and plenty of storage area
Cons:
Not set up for MP3/CD players, the break system needs work
The Bottom Line:
This jogger serves multiple jobs and it folds up and packs away easily. Its fun to take my granddaughter for runs and she enjoys it as much as I do.

Author's Review
I have been using the Baby Jogger for over six months and I really love it. The only other person who loves it more than me is my granddaughter, Alyssa. Alyssa and I have been jogging in Albuquerque, New Mexico and Oceanside, California with her little sports car. Below is a little information on the All Terrain Swivel (ATS) Baby Jogger.
- 16 rear wheels
- 12 front wheel
- Shock system
- Storage area
- Adjustable sun canopy
- Adjustable safety harness
- Seat reclines
- Parking brake
- 75lbs total weight limit
I really like this Baby Jogger because its versatile. I can run with the jogger or we can use it as a stroller if we want to go to the beach or anywhere were the terrain is a little rough. The large wheels do not get stuck in the grass or dirt like the strollers with the small plastic wheels.
Ive had to adjust my running style a little bit when running with the Baby Jogger. Im not able to take full strides and it took me a bit to get used to running with one hand on the stroller. If my right hand is on the handle bar then Ill offset to the left a little and if my left hand is on the handle bar Ill offset to the right; Ive notice that I have better control of the stroller when I do this.
Alyssa loves to go for runs. We werent sure if she would like it but she spends about five minutes looking around and the rest of the run sleeping. If you love to run or walk get this Baby Jogger because it allows you to enjoy your activity and lets the little one join you.
Overall Im very pleased with the ATS Baby Jogger. The jogger handles well on both unpaved roads and pavement, the shocks seem to work well on our runs and the sun canopy does a good job at keeping the sunlight off her face. The Canopy has three positions: one is all the way open, the other is half-way open, and the last is all the way down. There is a clear window in the half-way position and all the way down position, which allows you to view your child.
The ATS Baby Jogger is very easy to fold down for storage or when you need to transport it. There are two red latches near the handle bars that need to be squeezed and there is a lift strap in the seat of the jogger (its clearly labeled) that you lift upward to collapse the jogger; this can all be done with one hand. The Baby Jogger weighs 24lbs and should be taken into consideration when lifting it with one hand.
I personally do not feel that the safety harness is that great. It has the same setup as a car set does, there are two shoulder straps that snap into a buckle near the crotch area, but unlike a car set the Baby Jogger does not have a chest strap to keep the shoulder straps in place. Also I think that a hand brake would be nice for steep hills to help control the speed of the jogger and its difficult to get the foot brake to work properly when you are stationary. The ATS Baby Jogger has a foot brake that prevents the back wheels from moving forward or backward but it takes a little work to engage the brake. Heres the trick, as your applying pressure on the foot brake you have to move the stroller forward or backward a bit for the brake system to catch. To unlock the brakes you have to use your toe and apply upward pressure to the brake pedal.
Those are minor complaints and Im really happy that we got the Baby Jogger.
