"Not very flexible/non-focused support"

I should have done better research when I bought this camera. After not being able to use it to look in on things while at work, product support was not fun to work with. They only help is via email and it takes days for them to respond to each mail exchange. I found other cameras for the same money but after the fact. The other cameras are tons more flexible than this camera and I found DO penetrate the firewall of my security conscious employer.
