Great Upgrade

I had been using a Creative Zen Neeon of about 2 years before Apple came out with this iPod. My Zen gave me every problem imaginable. I decided I needed to upgrade in both size and quality. This has been the best MP3 player I have tried. It has enough memory to hold all of my music and movies along with any pictures I always want with me. It is very simple to use so anyone could handle it. Also, since Apple is such a big brand, there are many accessories for it making it perfect for everyone. It is deffinitely worth every dollar of the price.

It's durable and easy to use. The tech service is very helpful and cooperative.
Cons
It is more expensive than most other MP3 players, but its worth the money.
