Acer AL2016W (Black) Monitor - Excellent value!

I purchased this monitor 3 months ago and have been in love with it ever since! It has a very clear picture without any distortion. The colors are vibrant and true to life. Prior to purchasing this brand/model, I purchased a different brand of the same size and ended up returning it. The pictures were all distorted, there were several pixels that didn't work, and the price was at least $50 more than what I paid for this model. I do not have any of those problems with this monitor. I do a lot of spreadsheets for work and the extra length of the monitor really helps with that! My son plays a lot of games and loves using the larger monitor to see the big picture! It is very easy on the eyes because the picture is so crisp and clear!

I really have not found anything bad to say about this monitor. The only thing I would like it to have more adjustments for positioning the screen. I'd like to be able to adjust the monitor to raise it or lower it on the base. It does pivot from front to back but you can't raise or lower the screen. You also can't rotate the screen for viewing long documents rather than wide ones.

I purchased the monitor for $169 during a Christmas sale but the original price was $199. I definitely would recommend it at either price! While shopping, I compared to other comparable models in this price range (and higher price ranges), this model had the best picture. I had the same wonderful picture when I took it home!
