Good looking, compact, cools effectively, but not for window venting

Review: When I first received it, I was disappointed with the poorly written user manual, flimsy window mounting kit and difficult to use drainage tray. However, after installing the vent in a wall as opposed to a window, and learning from the manufacturer...
