It works, it really works!

I was recommended this book by my daughter's Pediatrician, so I went out and purchased it out of curiosity. Believe it or not, it really works!

Now my daughter knows that when I get to 2 that 3 is coming and she will be placed in her bedroom with no words said.

The 123 method system is really wonderful because there is no yelling or talking involved, just 1, 2, and then there is 3 when your child is escorted to his/her bedroom, so they learn to believe what you say with no threats and no yelling, but just plain firmness.

I couldn't believe how easy it was. I tend to forget to use this method sometimes and notice how my daughter slips back into acting up, but I just have to remind myself of this method and use it and be consistent.

I think that consistency is the hardest thing for parents, and this system (123) is an easy method that can help us as parents to be consistent.

I highly recommend this book.
