UbiSoft can't fix it's copy protection problem

Cons: Copy protection locks out external DVD player/writer units.

The DVD will not run because I have a plug-in DVD player/recorder, and their copy-protection will not allow the game to run on such a device. Tech support at UbiSoft said the only solution is for me to go out and buy and install a DVD player-only into my main computer. They will not refund my money. So I'm left out $30, and the game won't run. This is the last UbiSoft game I will ever buy.
