Beware an inferior product and bad service!

Shame on me for buying a second one. The first had an icing problem associated with substandard styrofoam insulation deteriorating creating little white beads which blocked the drain line and caused a water accumulation causing large chunks of ice to form in the freezer compartment. This occurred about 15 months after purchase and the factory denied any consideration of a warranty repair. Here's the shame on me part. I bought a second for our other home and about 15 months after purchase the same problem developed. Again, no consideration of warranty for what is clearly a design defect. I will never every buy another Gladiator product again and you should think twice
