Pros: Secure, stable,automatically updates itself and great compatibility
Cons: Too many updates. Activation and re-activation can be a pain sometimes.
The Bottom Line: The bottom line has a Commodore 64 with a tape drive!

If you've got a choice, choose professional over home edition.......

Pros: Improved stability over Home edition. Improved memory and file systems.
Cons: Activation requirement can be a pain if you change hardware.
The Bottom Line: XP is a vast improvement over 98, professional is much more stable than Home edition in several areas. MS policy of activation can get aggravating.

Pros: all software that works on it ! easy for everyone to understand (!)
Cons: weak to viruses, bad file system, not open. to easy, intended to keep people dumb.
The Bottom Line: Use whatever u need . This is not the best ! I`d recommend it to a friend who needs programs with no support on other os !
