Highly Disappointing

The Bottom Line: Do your homework and do not buy this, even if they offer it to you for a dollar.
Review: I went to Best Buy with the exact model that I wanted (not this one) and ended up getting talked into the Sony. I should have know better. It looks great. It's light. Perfect for travel. But appearances are deceiving in this case and the Sony name...

Do Not Buy This Notebook

The Bottom Line: Quick hardware failure, poor Sony service, premium paid for poor service and performance, slow system with Vista.
Review: I purchased this computer 45 days ago. Today, the spring under the left mouse key failed. There is no reflex in the key at this point.

I called Sony and received absolutely horrid service and even worse service options.
