New TALEN™ X 1080p Light Engine with DEEP Picture™ and Xtreme BLAC™ (Black Level Aperture Control). ATSC/QAM Tuners enable the set to receive digital cable-in the-clear signals, as well as digital terrestrial broadcasts. CableCARD™ allows for the reception of all applicable digital cable channels without the need of a cable box. This card is supplied by the local Cable MSO. New PixelPure AT™ (Adaptive Technology) includes Motion Adaptive De-Interlacing, Adaptive MPEG Processing, Adaptive Contrast Enhancement, and Adaptive Color Enhancement, all critical elements to deliver the consistently high quality picture expected from a Toshiba television.

great picture

Review: I have owned this for almost three years. Performance has been fine until recently when the picture began to dim.  Adjusting the brightness on the set caused to bulb to blow at the 2500 hour mark.  The manual says 6000-8000 is normal but in reality...

The Bottom Line: Great TV with plenty of options for hooking up stuff and looks great in the room. Love the picture quality too.
Review: I have had this TV for one year. It has worked great with Digital Cable and the HD package. The HD picture is flawless but as with all HD TV's, the regular channels could use a little more clarity. Keep in mind that once you've watched HD you don't...
