The Bottom Line: Wait for a newer model that addresses the design and feature problems or purchase from a reputable dealer with a liberal return policy.

Why Couldn't I Get It To Work

The Bottom Line: Since I couldn't get to work can't recommend
Review: This phone had exactly what I wanted..dual key pads and dual caller ID (on base unit and handset). But I could never get it to work.
I could never get a dial tone on the base unit and could never get it to accept my home calling area code etc...

Not quite what I expected

The Bottom Line: Good phone system - especially if you want extension phones but have no phone jacks. Beware if you are looking for "true" extension phones.
Review: I purchased the base package (base + one cordless extension) along with a second extension phone.
I was very surprised to find out these phones operate in "mutually exclusive" mode, that is, once one of the phones in the system is in operation...
