Review: The Samsung SIR-T151 HDTV Receiver with Dolby Digital DTV Decoder is what it claims to be. It receives terrestrial signals and sends them to your TV. It does not have a DVI-HDTV Out multi pin connector or a VGA connector. It processes the video...
