Where's the Clarity?

The Bottom Line: Have we outgrown microcassettes already?
Review: A friend of mine always have ideas brewing in his head. Whether it be a movie idea, a scientific thought, an invention idea, or just a reminder to pick up lottery tickets while he's out, a voice recorder sounded like a great purchase.

great if you like screeches

Review: I bought this unit to replace a standard tape player.

The unit has some pluses - long record time, light weight, good battery life.

Unfortunately, mine has periodic screeches lasting a few seconds. I guess they're bad spots on...

basic controls are easy enough to use by feel, without looking.
It's also MUCH easier than the older micro-cassette recorders when it comes time to review...
