Classic film, marred transfer

The Bottom Line: A great classic in what should be a definitive DVD version, ruined by motion blur in the transfer.
Review: I am referring to the Milestone 2-disc Ultimate Edition of the Lon Chaney 1925/29 film, "The Phantom of the Opera," as reflected by the accompanying photo.
