Cons: Expensive, not hands free

Cons: Price--but you get what you pay for!!!
The Bottom Line: The Medela Pump in Style is a must for breastfeeding moms who need more than occasional pumping!

It didn't really work for me

Pros: I guess it works really well for a lot of other women.
Cons: It's expensive, noisy and didn't milk me that well.
The Bottom Line: Try a used one (toss the milk if you're squeamish) to see if it works for you before buying one.
