This has an optional DVI+HDCP output. The Prograssive scan is 480p with Multi Language OSD. The NTSC or PAL/SECAM TV System compataible. 1x DV ( IEEE) Input ( Front), 1 x S-Video Inpot (rear), 2 x Composite AV Input ( Front/Rear), 1 x DVI-D output ( Available on Pscan sku only), 1 x Componet Video Out (Rear), 1 x S-video Output (Rear), 1 x Composite AV Output (Rear), 2 x Dolby Digital & dts Digital Audio Output ( Optical & Coaxial).

Watch DVDs and Record on Them -- All in one low-priced machine

The Bottom Line: The Bottom Line is unavailable for comment. It won t move away from this DVD player/recorder. It created a slide show of personal photos ... and has them on continuous play.
Review: I have flirted with the idea of purchasing a DVD player that not only plays DVDs but also records to them. Since VHS tapes are bulky, the thought of recording on much slimmer, compact DVDs is a temptation. Think of all the space I could save!

The Bottom Line: Beware - the disks you make on it may not play on anything else - if you buy it, make sure you can return it.
Review: Would you buy a VCR that produces tapes that could only be played on that VCR itself? That you could not play them on any other VCR, or were not sure if you could?

Liteon LVW-5005 is an example of such a product. DVD technology is still...

It is not the DVD recorder for everyone, but it works for me.
