The Wanderer is a simplified Kelty kid carrier, designed for light use. Although it's a cheaper pack, it's still a Kelty - it features a great 5-point harness and Kelty's trademark auto-deploying kickstand, allowing you to easily set the carrier down on the ground with your child inside. Other features include the removable kid pack and a handy storage pocket in the waistbelt. I'd recommend this carrier for running errands, strolling through parks or around lakes, or for the occasional hike. If light use like this is your intended use for a child carrier, the Wanderer is a quality option.
