Cons: Not Durable, Service isn't flexible, Not for Business or home Offices, Data Erased when Serviced
The Bottom Line: I am an IT Consultant and work with many computers around the US.... Dell Laptops = Durability and Service. HP = Home use only

Pros: comfortable keyboard, asthetically pleasing, touch sensitive controls, and good Altec Lansing speakers.
Cons: Only 1.3 megapixel webcam, pressing touch sensitive Quickplay and DVD buttons turns on computer.
This reviewer recommends this product.
Review: I absolutely love this computer. I got it back in December for a late Christmas/early birthday/college gift and it hasn't let me down! I look forward to taking it to college in mid August.
I have not run into anything I particularly don't like...

This reviewer does not recommend this product.
Review: This computer died after 10 months, just no power.
The store I bought it at said it was dusty- just a crock.
HP did not honor their rebate either.

If you have money to throw away, buy a HP
