Automatic front-door locks and several new colors were the major changes for 93.Marketed as a Geo by Chevrolet dealers, the Metro was built for General Motors by Suzuki. Both 2-door and longer 4-door hatchbacks were available.

Good car for the money

Review: Back in March of 1993, when I was a poor commuting college student, I purchased the absolute base model Metro, new, for only $6250. In the first couple months, I did have some trouble with a couple of switches: in the door and on the domelight.....
