Broly's Back Again? But How?

The Bottom Line: Broly is back and hopefully defeated for the last time.
Review: Hercule has gotten himself in hot water this time. He bribed 18 into throwing the martial arts tournament so that he can reap the endorsement rewards from the win. He has not paid her, and she has come to his home to collect.
