Retro Bake and Broil Toaster Oven. The DeLonghi XR640 with DuraStone+ enamel interior distributes heat evenly for maximum consistency of cooking results. Retro styling with brushed metallic exterior and black controls. 0.5 cubic feet; 6-slice capacity. Toast color selector and end-of-cycle signal with auto shut-off assure perfectly prepared toast every time. Simplified selector dial allows you to control the cooking program and temperature. Fully adjustable thermostat maintains uniform cooking temperature. Interior light allows you to view the food during the cooking process. Oven bottom opens for easy crumb removal. Enamel bake pan and broil tray.

The Bottom Line: If you need a toaster oven that looks good with your stainless steel appliances, this DeLonghi is unfortunately one of the few choices you have.

The Mel Gibson of Toaster Ovens: Looks Great, But Has Some Wacky Ideas

The Bottom Line: If you want a toaster you can enjoy using, run away from this toaster as fast as you can.
Review: I selected this toaster based on its good looks and what I thought was a good reputation for Delonghi. Perhaps I was misled into thinking price=quality.
