The Next Challenge Is a Good Workout

The Bottom Line: This is a strong high beginner/low intermediate workout that can give great results.
Review: Crawford originally received a lot of flak for this video, as well as the video preceding this. I happen to like The Next Challenge quite a bit, and I think the hostility was basically dished out because she's an easy "supermodel" target.

Review: I have been doing high intensity aerobics/workouts for 20 years and I love this video! It was very challenging and calming at the same time. I can feel the results even after 3 workouts. Love the outlay, intensity, and results!!
