Billy Was Charming But.......... (Resurrecting the Oldies Book Write Off)

The Bottom Line: The book was ok, but took me a long time to read due to lack of excitement, and to many time shifts.
Review: Have you ever read a book where you know what the ending will be from the very beginning? I just finished reading one. The book entitled Charming Billy was one of Oprah's book club picks a couple of years ago. I came across my copy at a library sale...
