Quit your belly-aching and squeeze it.

The Bottom Line: This is a very long 35 minutes.
Review: This is the third DVD in the Billy's Bootcamp series which is different than his traditional Tae Bo workouts. This workout isolates the abs starting from the standing position and finishes with the floor work.

The Bottom Line: If you want a Billy ab video, skip this one and get the 20 minute focus abs and glutes.

Review: I have done several of the billy blanks workouts so far: cardio circuit, advanced workouts, flex and abs. This ab workout is hard but worth it. I am in pretty good shape but I really felt sore the next day. The twists that he does several times...
