Cons: Controls feel cheap

This reviewer does not recommend this product.

Review: Purchased from Appliance Direct, when it was delivered, there was a problem with the hot water shut off valve, so I had to use cold water to do a wash. The valve to replace the defective valve, not available yet, product too new. May take a few days...
