Cheap iPod Solution

The Bottom Line: $199 head unit $29 ipod cable $19 wireless remote (optional) highly recommended if you're on a tight budget but would like to get the sound quality your ipod deserves.
Review: If you already own a 9856 and getting really frustrated like me, just because you can't change between playlist. and the tech support at crutchfield kept telling you that the ipod you have is not compatible with the 9856, then read this:

The Bottom Line: Alpine is car audio- that's what they do, and they do it best!
Review: My last few car decks were kenwood and pioneer and I dug the sound quality on both.

I wanted one with a front slot load, NOT a flip down or auto-flip because I've had decks break from the moving parts. Alpine didn't offer a front slot load...

Great for XM and iPod at the Same Time

The Bottom Line: I good deal for the ability to listen to your XM unit and iPod at the same time. Will buy another for wifes car.
Review: After a recent total on my last car, I was looking for a fresh start with my new 2000 Honda Acccord. Having both an XM unit and an iPod, I wanted to get rid of the tape adapter that I was sharing between both devices.
