Need Plumbing Supplies

I bought the Franke ORX110 orca undermount stainless steel kitchen sink from NeedPlumbingSupplies.com Their customer service was great and the delivery was super-fast. Now I have a beautiful new sink and my kitchen is complete.

  Best price by $50..  (Pd. $287.50.  Free shipping.)  All other online dealers wantwd $350-$470.  I would have paid $400 from a local dealer - but they all wanted $450.
   Went online New Year's weekend.  Got a call the next business day saying there would be a 5 day delay in shipping.  Said fine.  They sent confirming email.  5 days later sent a tracing number.  Arrived via UPS in a few days.  Very professional. 
   Their accessories for the sink were priced low and were delivered at the same time.

They offered a full range of accessories as well as complementary brands. The sink was delivered quickly via FedEx and arrived in great shape. Every aspect of the experience was positive.

I ordered a bathroom faucet from Need Plumbing Supplies and received it in perfect condition within a few days! I also ordered a shower head from Homecenter.com on the same day that was not available at Need Plumbing Supplies. Although the item was supposedly in stock, I have yet to receive it after almost 6 weeks. It does not take a rocket scientist to figure out which company I will order from in the future and which one I will avoid. Thank you for your prompt and accurate service.

They are a little more expensive than some of their competitors, but had an item in stock that was on back order everywhere else I called. They shipped the day I ordered, and it arrived the next day. Very impressed.

I purchased a franke orx100 sink from them, negotiated a good price with them over the phone. The sink arrived in just 3 days in good condition. All in all it was a smooth transaction.

I ordered and paid for a new Saniflo toilet from NeedPlumbingSupplies. They sent me a used, broken, previously returned toilet. It had been previously returned, because the box was badly torn, there was candy in the box, and the shipping label from the previous customer return was still on the box. They agreed to send me another toilet via UPS next day air since it was their mistake, but they didn't. I still don't have a toilet and they won't return my phone calls. Scam!
